A "Real" smart vegetable garden, autonomous and indoor
Founded in 2015, Vйritable has just developed its first smart and autonomous indoor vegetable garden. Recently awarded the Grand Prix de l"Innovation eBay des Nouveaux Entrepreneurs 2016 and selected for the Grand de Prix de l"Innovation de la Foire de Paris 2016, the start-up is a great success, particularly on the Kickstarter participatory platform.

Whether in winter or in a dimly lit area, the main advantage of the Vйritable smart vegetable garden is particularly strong in these characteristics. Indeed, this planter with 4 compartments claims to be completely autonomous and capable of ensuring an agricultural yield whatever the growing conditions.

Equipped with LED lamps (white and blue) on the top of the frame and sensors that can determine the level of brightness required for the crop, this first lighting system seems to be able to adapt to any exposure. In addition, the day/night cycle of the plants is also respected with 16 hours of lighting during the day and 8 hours at night. In addition, the True Vegetable Garden also has an autonomous irrigation management system to provide the necessary water needs for the plants. All you have to do is fill the container with 1.5 litres of capacity, which flows automatically as needed.

In addition, the True Vegetable Garden actually works on clay bricks containing all the nutrients needed for proper plant development. These bricks are installed in each compartment and promise a 6-month harvest for a family of 4. with this device, having a limited scope, the harvests mainly concern aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, mint...), edible flowers (violet, chamomile...) or small vegetables (cherry tomatoes, small peppers...). Each brick is adapted and made for a particular type of cultivation.
